Fort Worth · Dallas · DFW Metro · Free 20-Minute Inspection

Hailed on this spring? Find out in 20 minutes if your insurance owes you a new roof.

We climb the roof, fly the drone, and tell you straight up if you have a claim — or if you don't. No pressure. No high-pressure pitch. No storm-chaser games.

Local. Insured. You don't sign until your insurance has scoped it.

Here's the deal.

We're not here to sell you a roof. We're here to tell you in 20 minutes whether you have an insurance-payable claim. If you don't, you owe us nothing and we'll leave you a written report you can keep. If you do, we'll walk you through what happens next — and you decide who fixes it.

We climb it.

A licensed inspector goes on the roof. We chalk-circle every hail strike, soft spot, and lifted shingle.

We fly it.

A drone pass catches what the ladder misses — slope angles, ridge caps, valleys, edges.

We write it up.

You get a same-day photo report. Yours to keep, no matter what you do next.

Already pitched by four strangers this week? Here's what to watch for.

Hail brings out roofers from out of state. Some are good. Most disappear after the install. These are four moves we will never make.

They want you to sign before insurance approves the claim.

We won't let you do that. You sign nothing until we know what your insurance is paying for.

They skip the adjuster meeting.

We're on the roof with the adjuster. That's where claims get fully approved instead of shorted — and most contractors don't show up.

They don't have a Texas address.

We're based in White Settlement, just west of Fort Worth. You can drive to us.

They disappear after the check clears.

We hand you a 1-year free re-inspection in writing. We're not going anywhere.

Insurance claims, in plain English.

We've watched neighbors lose thousands because they handled their claim wrong. Here's the process we walk every customer through.

1

Free inspection.

We document the damage with on-roof photos and a full drone pass. You get the report the same day.

2

Claim filed together.

We sit with you on the phone with your insurance company, side by side. We don't disappear and let you fight State Farm alone.

3

We meet your adjuster on the roof.

This is the single biggest reason claims get fully approved instead of shorted. Most contractors don't show up. We do.

4

Repairs scoped.

Once the claim is approved, we lay out exactly what insurance is paying for, line by line. No surprises.

5

Roof installed.

You pick the shingle. We do the work. Your warranty terms go in writing in your contract.

We don't promise a specific claim outcome or dollar figure — that's between you and your insurance company. What we promise is that we'll show up, document everything, and fight for what your damage is actually worth.

What 20 minutes with us looks like.

Most homeowners have never had a real roof inspection. Here's exactly what to expect when we pull up.

We pull up in a marked truck. The inspector introduces himself, shows ID, and walks you through what he's about to do. He climbs the roof — chalk in hand — and circles every hail strike, every soft spot, every lifted shingle. Then he runs the drone for a full four-sided perimeter pass. About 20 minutes later, you'll have a damage report and a yes-or-no answer.

If there's no payable damage, we'll tell you and leave. No pressure to schedule anything. If there is — we'll show you the photos, explain what your insurance is likely to cover, and ask if you want help filing the claim. You decide. Always.

We're new here. Here's why that matters.

Global Roofing Pros is based in White Settlement, just west of Fort Worth. We're not a national outfit chasing storms — we're not flying in on April 28 and gone by July. We started this company because we watched too many neighbors get burned by contractors who took deposits and disappeared.

Being new in DFW means we don't have hundreds of reviews yet. What we have instead: a phone number that someone actually answers, a written 1-year free re-inspection guarantee, a Texas business address, and a real human you talk to from the first call to the final walkthrough. The proof shows up on your roof, not on a billboard.

We're a small DFW operation. The same crew is on every install — not rotating subcontractors. When you fill out the form or call 682-224-0754, a real person on our team texts you back, schedules the inspection, and stays on the phone with your insurance company while you file the claim. You won't get bounced around a call center. You'll get one person who knows your roof and your file.

If you'd rather hire the company with the 200 reviews, we get it. If you'd rather hire the company that's still trying to earn its first 50 — and is going to work like hell for every one — that's us.

Where we work.

We serve the DFW metro from our White Settlement base.

Questions homeowners actually ask us.

Is the inspection really free? What's the catch?

There's no catch. We don't charge for inspections, and you don't owe us a thing if we don't find payable damage. The inspection is how we earn the chance to bid on the work — that's the whole deal.

How do I know if I have hail damage?

From the ground, you usually can't tell. Most hail damage looks like dark dimples on the shingles, about the size of a quarter, and they don't always show until a year later when the granules wash off. That's why we go on the roof and use a drone. Don't try to climb up yourself — too many people get hurt that way.

My insurance company has a "preferred" contractor. Should I just use them?

That's your call. But here's what to know: insurance-preferred contractors work for the insurance company, not for you. We work for you. The end result is often a different scope and a different shingle.

What if my claim gets denied?

We'll appeal it with you if we believe the damage is real. We'll request a re-inspection, document our case, and meet the second adjuster on the roof. We can't guarantee an outcome, but we don't quit at the first "no."

How long does the install take?

A typical residential roof in the DFW metro takes one day for tear-off and replacement, plus a final cleanup pass. We'll text you photos every couple of hours so you know exactly what's happening — no guessing.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Manufacturer warranty on the materials and workmanship coverage from our crew. The exact terms get written into your contract once we know which shingle you've picked. We don't make warranty promises in marketing — we make them in writing.

Are roofers licensed in Texas?

Texas doesn't have a state license for residential roofers — that surprises a lot of homeowners. What we have instead: full general liability insurance and workers' comp on every crew member, and a real Texas business address you can drive to. We're happy to send you our certificate of insurance before we step on your roof. Anyone who can't send you that — out-of-state crews especially — shouldn't be on your roof.

How fast can you get out here?

Most weeks we can be on your roof within 48 to 72 hours. After a major hail storm, we work weekends. By appointment plus storm response, seven days a week.
